Our Story
A fully operational ranch since 1957, Riata Ranch is an nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization that allows people of all ages and backgrounds to engage in learning how to communicate with horses in a way that builds trust and teamwork. The majority of our programs are geared towards youth, but we also have an outreach for adults and professionals, designed to build unity and better leadership that can be applied to the work environment.
Our Staff
Part of the ranch since the 1970’s and performing with the Cowboy Girls around the world, today Jennifer leads Riata Ranch as their Executive Director educating students in Western riding and performance as each student develops their personal strength, confidence, and pride.
Her leadership skills have been the driving force of Riata Ranch's success for over 20 years, and now she is bringing her message to groups, classrooms, and youth all across the US.

Alexandria has worked with us since 2021. She has extensive experience ranging from her years as a United States Pony Club member, Visalia Rockette, and several years as a riding instructor. She lives locally in Three Rivers, CA with her family. Alexandria’s favorite part about working at Riata Ranch is sharing our lifestyle with the greater community.
