Riata Ranch International hosts an internship program for those looking gain more experience in their fields while helping our students grow to their full potential! Riata is looking for interns interested in gaining confidence and honing their skills in practical, real-life scenarios. Being a fully operating ranch, we have several opportunities available for those seeking to apply their knowledge in the field and gain hands-on experience. Interns at Riata Ranch experience life on our beautiful ranch while working in the beautiful rolling hills of the Sierra Nevada mountain range here in Three Rivers, California.

Interns work with Riata Ranch to develop their own unique program customized to our interns specific interests here at the ranch. These programs are designed to benefit our interns by allowing them to focus on developing their skills in areas that interest them while also gaining new skills that they can put on their resume and help them land that dream job! Our interns receive the opportunity to develop teamwork, communication, and leadership skills working with our staff and volunteers on various projects around the ranch. Most importantly, they have the opportunity to learn team leadership and management skills, creating and organizing their own project and directing staff and volunteers to see it to completion. Our interns gain confidence and leadership knowledge to fully prepare them for entering into the job market.
